Why Learn Iyengar Yoga?
Iyengar yoga is a widely practised approach to yoga, named after world renowned teacher BKS Iyengar, author of Light on Yoga.
Detailed Instruction
Iyengar yoga is known for detailed instruction to focus attention on the body and settle the mind. It is also known for judicious use of props to support learning and understanding of the practice.
All Ability Levels
With its depth and range of practice, Iyengar yoga is capable of meeting the needs of students whether beginning in practice or more experienced, and for a range of fitness levels.
Improve Fitness
