Term dates for the Spring Term 2026 are 11 October 2026 to 16 December 2026.
To book a class, first purchase a class pass, by clicking through to the Nalah booking platform through the website or going to: https://nowra-yoga.nalah.co/.
You can then book in for a class using your class pass. You can book in for a whole term, or use your pass to book in on a week by week basis.
Class passes expire at the end of the term in which they are purchased.
You can cancel up to thirty minutes before class to be recredited.
Class passes cannot be transferred to another person, or extended for a future term. However, we recognise that unexpected circumstances can arise which prevent you from using your pass. In these cases, please get in touch with us at info@nowrayoga.com.au. We will be happy to discuss a suitable solution.
No. Yoga is about more than flexibility. It works on stamina, strength, focus and balance as well. However, with regular practice, you will see an improvement in your flexibility, no matter your starting point.

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in. We recommend tops that are not too loose-fitting. Yoga is practiced barefoot, but socks and extra clothing can be worn for comfort during savasana at the end of class.
While the needs of beginners can be accommodated in General classes, it is recommended that beginner students attend the Beginner classes as these classes are aimed at instilling a foundation of knowledge in new students.
All equipment is provided. You are welcome to bring your own sticky mat if you prefer.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class to allow time to settle in before class commences.
Please refrain from eating 2 hours prior to the commencement of class. Drinking water during class is not recommended.
As some conditions may necessitate modifications to practice, it is important to let the teacher know if you have or develop a chronic illness or injury. Likewise, female students should let the teacher know if they are menstruating, as this will necessitate some adjustment to your practice sequence.
